I have bad credit, does that effect my ability to buy a new Capital Home?

The great thing about buying a new Capital Home is that we have a unique relationship with our lenders. They are dedicated to working with potential home buyers, giving them credit counseling and helping them raise their credit score if it is not up to par. Sometimes your credit is not as bad as you think, it just takes our lender running a credit report to see where you are as far credit is concerned. The minimum credit score is 620 to qualify.
