From the Blog

"I love everything about the WaterColours townhomes. The location and security were big reasons for us moving here. Capital Homes built a beautiful townhome that fits us perfectly."

Can we purchase two lots because we would like more yard space?

No, our neighborhoods are set up to allow one home per lot. There are many perks to having one lot. You have less yard maintenance and you pay less in property taxes than you would on two lots. In addition, you have all the amenities, like pools, playgrounds, ponds, walking/running trails, basketball courts and picnic areas that you can freely use but don't have to pay property taxes on.
