We have spent more than 25 years perfecting our craft and carefully selecting vendors who help us uphold The Capital Standards. Our extensive warranty program and dedicated customer service department are here to address any issues you may encounter.

For resolution of those issues covered by our warranty, please file a service request by filling out the form below. A customer service representative will respond within 24 hours to discuss your request and schedule an appointment. Service appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
