“I just wanted to tell you and everyone at Capital Homes just how happy and excited we are about our new home and the upgrades we chose! After chatting with our friends and family regarding the outrageous heat and outside temperatures, we are excited to know how much we have already saved on our utility bills because of our Radiant Tech Shield Barrier! Just to let you know exactly how much we have saved, I am going to share with you the price of our utility bills. Our electric bill for the month of August was $190.00 and the gas bill was $30.00! I was excited because we heard from so many people that had anywhere from $300.00 to $500.00 electric bills alone during the unbelievable high outside summer temperatures! We are so happy we chose to get the Radiant Tech Shield Barrier in our roof! I highly recommend the barrier and would say it’s worth every penny!
