“I was going through a divorce and knew that I wanted a smaller home and smaller yard to take care of. The more I learned about Capital Homes, the more I wanted to buy from them. My home was started prior to my purchase contract and yet I was still able to make decisions regarding finish. The process for choosing carpet, interior and exterior paint color, brick, tile, etc. offered many options but not so many that I couldn’t complete the process in about 30 minutes. Michael, you were really easy to work with and knew the answers to all my questions. The closing process was trying on my end of it due to the added paperwork needed because of my divorce. Renee’ was expert at handling my needs and helped provide a smooth closing. Bart has been a joy to work with as he can get most anything done and quickly. Daniel was also able to tweak small problems that I found both prior to and after closing. The warranty program Capital Homes has implemented is awesome. Carol is easy to contact with any issues. When I moved in my dishwasher wasn’t anchored properly. She had someone out right away to remedy that. There are check-ups along the way including a one-year check-up. That shows me that Capital Homes really does stand behind what they build. My home in Walnut Ridge is awesome and I couldn’t be happier!"
