At Capital Homes, we want you to be delighted with your new home today and for years to come. That’s why we have an extensive warranty program and a dedicated customer service department to help address any issues you may encounter.

Please complete the Service Request Form below to provide us with the information we need to better serve you. A customer service representative will respond within 24 hours to discuss your request and schedule an appointment. Service appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For Emergencies: If you have an emergency condition with your home, you should contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (e.g., gas or electric company), as appropriate.
For Urgent Requests: For after hours urgent requests regarding heating, air conditioning, plumbing or electrical issues, please see page six of your Homeowners Service Handbook for after hours contact numbers.

I am not very handy, is there a maintenance man available in the neighborhood in case something goes wrong, or breaks on my home?

One of the MANY perks of buying a new Capital Home is that every home we build and sell comes with a one-year limited builder's warranty. This means if something happens within that time frame you can call us and we will fix it- no charge. In addition, buying a new home, means major things like your appliances, roof and heat/air units come with a warranty of their own. We also do a walk-through of your home before you close on it to ensure that there is nothing left undone and everything is working like it should.
