Why People are Calling "Emerald Falls" Their Final Destination
January 29, 2024
Nestled on an old golf course surrounded by woods and water is a cozy haven called Emerald Falls. Some might say one of the best kept secrets in Broken Arrow. Its lush, neatly manicured rolling hills, stunning woods that gently hug the community, beautiful stocked ponds and walking trails are just a few of the reasons our home owners love living here so much. Also... why most of them say they aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
This isn't merely a neighborhood; it's a tight-knit community. As you stroll through, knocking on any door, you'll discover the same response – a special bond where residents treat each other like family. They not only watch out for one another, but also enjoy each other's company. Whether it's decorating golf carts for the holidays, the enticing aroma of grilling food, or the sounds of shared laughter, this community finds reasons to celebrate and frequently gathers for neighborhood festivals. There's nothing more charming than rolling up on these friends having a good old time!
It's common to see loved ones strolling the walking trails for their morning workouts. You'll see people riding bikes by the greenbelt to catch the sunsets. Might even hear people hooting and hollering over the fish they just caught off the pond! This place brings out the happy in you.
As if the community wasn't enough on it's on, it's easy access to highways, Downtown Tulsa or yummy dinners and shopping in The Rose District add that little cherry on top. Weather it's a move-in ready home you're looking for or you're excited to start the journey of building your very own forever home, Capital Homes is happy to help you call this beautiful little place home. Visit our website today at capitalhomes.com and see if you'd like to schedule an appointment. Start planning for tomorrow, today.

What Our
Homebuyers Are Saying
"As we all know, time goes by and things change, just like us. In search of the next big chapter of our life and retirement officially at our fingertips ... we found ourselves in Broken Arrow looking for a perfect new community for our later years in life.
Being close to others, having plenty of room and being able to laugh and have our morning coffee on our front porch are just some of our favorite things. We wanted to have neighbors over to play games and visit and this was the perfect place to do that. We love feeding the local pets as they sauté down the streets and making friends with our neighbors.
The ease of not having to take care of hardly anything has been wonderful. A new home, a retirement community and peace of mind knowing we had a community of folks just like us sounded like a little slice of heaven. It has been 3 years now and we are settled into our daily routine. Giggling on our front porch, cooking our favorite foods, putting together puzzles and enjoying the simple things in life."
