At Capital Homes, we want you to be delighted with your new home today and for years to come. That’s why we have an extensive warranty program and a dedicated customer service department to help address any issues you may encounter.
Please complete the Service Request Form below to provide us with the information we need to better serve you. A customer service representative will respond within 24 hours to discuss your request and schedule an appointment. Service appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
FOR EMERGENCIES: If you have an emergency condition with your home, you should contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (e.g., gas or electric company), as appropriate.
