Meet the Team That’s Building Dreams — Not Just Houses
December 8, 2025
At Capital Homes, we’re much more than a homebuilder — we’re a family, a community, and a group of dedicated people who believe deeply in what we do. For almost 40 years, we’ve been building quality new homes across Tulsa, Owasso, Bixby, Broken Arrow and beyond.
Behind every floor plan, every porch, every yard — there’s a friendly face making it all happen. That’s our team. People like our online-sales manager, our New Home Specialists and their amazing assistants.
We work where we love — many of our own team members live in a Capital Home themselves — and that’s because we believe so strongly in the quality of what we build.
Why We Do What We Do: Craftsmanship, Trust & Your Future
We don’t just build houses. We build trust. From the moment you walk into one of our model homes until the day we hand you the keys — your future matters to us.
At Capital Homes, we blend craftsmanship and attention to detail to build homes the way they should be.
And we understand that a home should be as unique as the family that lives in it. That’s why we offer lots of options— from paint colors to floor plans, tiles, and more — so that your home truly reflects your lifestyle and personality.
For us, it’s never about a quick sale — it’s about a long-term relationship. We want you to love your home now... and still be glad you chose us years down the road. That matters deeply to us.
A Few of the Friendly Faces You’ll Meet
Cynthia Hinckley — Online Sales Manager. Cynthia is often the first to connect with many of our homebuyers — whether online or over the phone. She helps make the process smooth, accessible, and welcoming even before your first visit.
New Home Specialists & Assistants — including Wayne Reuss, Isabel Vega-McCollum, Bryon Stevens, Nikki Adams, Allen Pool and many others. These are the folks who walk with you through the building process — answering your questions, showing you floor plans, helping with selections and making sure everything feels right.
Design Consultants — like Amy Hausher and Johanna Kosechata. If you want to personalize finishes, paint, tile, cabinets or any interior or exterior detail, they help bring your vision to life — making your home uniquely yours.
Together, our team is dedicated to building up communities and empowering homebuyers with the tools they need to build a place to call home.
What Homeowners Are Saying
“We searched high and low, compared and contrasted, until we finally stumbled upon Capital Homes. What really stood out to us was their incredible floor plans that had us dreaming up all sorts of wonderful possibilities, along with their fair pricing and ideal location. But you know what truly made Capital Homes a cut above the rest? Our amazing home specialist.”
— Kristi & Jeff, Sand Springs, OK
We love hearing stories like this — families who felt heard, understood and supported. Seeing the difference in their excitement from the first tour to move-in is why we do what we do.
Making Homebuilding Fun, Easy & Personal
We know buying or building a home can feel overwhelming. That’s why our team at Capital Homes strives to make the journey easy, transparent, and — yes — enjoyable.
From the first conversation to final walkthrough, we guide you step by step. We’ll help you pick the floor plan that fits your family, select finishes that reflect your personality, and make sure the details are just right. Because to us, a home isn’t a commodity — it’s where your life happens.
We delight in the smiles on our homeowners’ faces when they see their new home — a place where kids grow up, pets run through the yard, friends gather, and memories are made.
Because We Believe in Homes — and People
At the heart of Capital Homes is a team that truly cares. We know building a home isn’t just about bricks and lumber — it’s about trust, hope, and the future of families.
We don’t take that responsibility lightly. Every day we show up ready to help — not just to sell a house, but to help people find the right home for their life, their family, their dreams.
So whether you’re shopping for your first home, looking for a place to raise a family, or wanting a home that will serve you for decades — we’re here. And we’re proud to build more than houses. We build futures.
Want to See It for Yourself? Let’s Get Started!
If you’re curious to see what a Capital home looks like in real life — or want to tour available communities — give us a call or drop by one of our model homes or simply visit us here. Our team would love to show you around and help you find a home that feels like yours.
Let us help you build your future — with quality, care, and a little bit of fun along the way.
