Can I build a Capital Homes property on my own land?

We do not build on privately owned land. We focus on building homes in planned communities that provide the best experience for our homeowners and contribute to increasing home values. Find the Community that’s right for you.

Do I need a real estate agent?

We value our relationships with great real estate agents across the Tulsa Metro, but we do not require home buyers to work with agents. Because of our no-haggle pricing and step-by-step assistance with preferred lenders, homebuyers can go through the buying and building process directly with Capital Homes.

How much does it cost to build a new home?

We require a deposit  in earnest money to build with us (starting at just $1,000). Home prices vary with location, cost of materials, etc. Capital Homes assists with closing costs and our preferred lenders offer great incentives as well.

What is the first step to buy a new construction home?

We recommend meeting with a New Homes Specialist to determine what kind of floor plan and location best suit your needs, and meeting with a preferred lender to determine your budget.

What size home can I build with Capital Homes?

Our homes range in size to meet the various needs of all our homeowners. Our floor plans currently range from 1,303 to 2,951 square feet.
