Capital Homes makes building a home to your preferences easy. It all starts with finding a great home site in your dream community, and then choosing the perfect elevation (outside style) and floor plan (inside layout). From there, our design consultant guides you as you make your design choices from a large but manageable palette of on-trend styles. Then we are ready to start construction. As we build, one of our Construction Supervisor works closely with you to keep you up-to-date on the progress. Most of our customers love visiting the house as it’s being built, sometimes daily, and we enjoy this interaction.
Building a new home with Capital Homes usually takes no longer than 6 months and we require only $1,000 in earnest money to get going. A lot of our buyers take this time to sell their current home or give notice to a rental property.
