Why Life at Emerald Falls in Broken Arrow Keeps this Couple Smiling
November 1, 2024
It’s easy to see why these two never stop smiling. Kellie and Jhonn couldn’t be happier with the path they’re on and how everything has seamlessly fallen into place. Though they met from worlds apart—Kellie, a Wichita, KS native, and Jhonn, originally from Columbia—their paths crossed in Oklahoma City. It didn’t take long for them, along with their beloved pup Ruby, to decide to start a life together and create a home they could truly call their own.
From OKC to Broken Arrow, they searched with their realtor for the perfect spot. They quickly fell in love with the beauty of Green Country, enchanted by its rolling hills and scenic drives. The moment they found Capital Homes and met their home specialist, Allen Pool, they knew they were in the right place. They loved every part of the journey and were thrilled to design their first home alongside Amy at the Design Center. Choosing gorgeous green cabinets, adding a third-car garage, extending their patio, upgrading their primary bath, and adding a fireplace felt like a dream come true—especially with the $20k incentive! They were even offered an additional $10k off the final price of their home.
The process was quick and easy, with weekly updates from Ryan, their amazing superintendent, and Allen, their dedicated home specialist. Kellie and Jhonn always felt informed and truly part of the experience.
Their new community has been nothing short of amazing. They’ve loved watching the neighborhood kids running home from the pond with fish dangling from their poles, hooting and hollering to show their parents. Taking Ruby, their sweet pup for a stroll on the golf cart, exploring the neighborhood, and meeting new friends have all made this place feel like home.
Now that they’re settled in, they’re eagerly awaiting even more special memories, as they prepare to welcome twin boys this spring. Kellie and Jhonn highly recommend Capital Homes—the process was quick, easy, exciting, and completely stress-free. They felt at ease knowing the team was building their future, and they can’t wait to make a lifetime of memories here.

"As a world-traveling gal who has lived all over, I was so excited to find the perfect mix of country living right outside the city lights. The process was so quick and easy that it felt like it was absolutely meant to be. I'm so happy I found Woodland Trails to start the next chapter."
