When Tyler and Sydney started their home search, they were drawn to more than just floor plans—they were looking for a sense of community, a place where neighbors wave hello, kids ride bikes down the street, and weekend strolls are part of daily life. They found exactly that in Bixby Village.

“We first fell in love with the neighborhood and how small and close-knit it felt,” Sydney shared. “Every time we came to check on our house during construction, there were kids on the playground and people out walking. We just knew this was where we wanted to be.”

In their first few days as homeowners, Tyler and Sydney have already met most of their neighbors—and they can’t wait to see the community grow. They chose the Tacoma floor plan, which gave them the space they need now with plenty of room to grow. But what made their home feel truly special was how customizable it was.

“We were amazed by how many options we had,” Sydney said. “It really allowed us to make the house our own. Watching our vision come to life over the last few months has been such a rewarding experience.”
