It’s finally here. Goodbye warm weather and helloooooo Fall!!! We can all feel it coming in the air tonight, and we’ve been waiting for this moment all our life… or at least Phil Collins has. The air is getting crisper, the leaves are changing, it’s getting darker earlier, and our neighbors are itching to get their fall décor on! That’s right neighbors… it’s time to decorate for Fall!!!

I’m sure like me, you’ve noticed the neighbors slowly sneaking pumpkins and mums onto their porches. They might even have some spooky new friends hanging in the trees. It’s like an unspoken competition without the reward or recognition. Or is it??

We’re thinking this year we need to spice up the neighborhood fun! Pumpkin spice it up… with a little healthy holiday competition!! That’s right!! Calling all decorating lovers of ALL things Fall!!

We want YOU to decorate the outsides of your houses. Must be related to Fall or Halloween!! Pumpkins, ghosts, witch hats, mums, skeletons… you name it!!! Bring it on!

Rules & Guidelines:

• Decorate the front of your house for Fall/Halloween.
• Take a picture of the outside of your house.
• Head on over to our Facebook page and post your photo under the contest!
• Facebook followers and the staff of Capital Homes will gather all the votes!
• Deadline to submit your photos: Friday, Oct. 21^st!

The winner will be announced Monday, Oct. 24^th and will receive a beautiful fall wreath from William’s Sonoma!
