December 6, 2022

Married over 50 years, we lived in midtown Tulsa with three flights of stairs including the basement. Thinking we were lifers... all it took was 1 basement flooding, lots of restructuring and remodeling... and a trip to the model home in Sand Springs... and we had our minds made up! Retirement in a NEW community and in a NEW house sounded like a slice of heaven and a new adventure we were eager to seek!

We knew one thing for sure... We wanted the transition to be easy. Surprisingly it was! Working with the sales team was a breeze! We didn't want to pick out a single thing. They got to know us and before we knew it, they created a house perfectly made for our lifestyle. We are so pleased! We love our kitchen and living area. It's so peaceful and relaxing. Although we are retired and love to go see the world... nothing is better than walking in the doors after a long trip back to our new home.

It's our first time in a new home and we love how there is hardly any maintenance. If anything comes up, we feel at ease knowing we can call the warranty team. They are quick to answer and assist us with any questions. We love walking out our door and hanging out with our neighbors. It's such a lovely community of young families and retired couples. The perfect mix of life for us in this new chapter.

What Our

Homebuyers Are Saying

The Goodale Family Broken Arrow, OK | Emerald Falls

“I would recommend Capital Homes to home buyers because of their integrity. They stand behind everything they do from start to finish. The friendships we cultivated throughout the home-building process stands out the most. The staff at Capital Homes are not just “the people” who built our home. They are people we enjoy being affiliated with in the community - our first new friends!”
