New Home Sites Available at Emerald Falls in Broken Arrow
July 21, 2021
The Villas at Emerald Falls, a greenbelt community by Capital Homes on the former Emerald Falls Golf Course in Broken Arrow, has opened its second phase, with a limited number of home sites available.
“We sold out more quickly than expected in 2020, and I’ve talked to many home shoppers who are anxiously awaiting the opening of a second phase,” said Allen Pool, Capital Homes New Homes Specialist for Emerald Falls, “Our team has been working hard to make that happen, and we’re so happy it’s finally ready.”
The new home sites will offer a range of floor plans ranging from approximately 1400-3000 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 baths.
The Villas at Emerald Falls is located in northwest Wagoner County. With a generous dose of green space, The Villas at Emerald Falls is the perfect place for those looking to have the comforts of home in a quiet, natural setting. This community offers unique features that its residents have already come to love:
- Expansive greenbelt views
- Walking trails
- Fishing ponds
- Lots of nature to explore
Despite its tranquil, country setting, Emerald Falls is still less than 15 minutes away from highways, restaurants and retail options.
Emerald Falls is in an approved USDA Rural Development area, which provides 100% financing to those who qualify. Capital Homes offers up to $4,000 in closing costs through preferred lenders.
