Stone Villa II in Sand Springs - Phase II Now Open

July 17, 2021 (Sand Springs, OK) - Phase II of Sand Springs' Stone Villa II community by Capital Homes is now open for sale, with limited home sites available for reservation.
"It's been so fun watching this community grow and I'm excited for this new phase,” New Homes Specialist Lori Downey said. “I love that our homes don't look like every other builder home. Many of our homeowners have chosen a Craftsman style exterior or a farmhouse inspired look, so our little piece of land is really bright and different from everything else around."
Located off of 51st Street West between Highway 97 and 129th E Ave., the subdivision is near to retail and restaurants in the Prattville area, and within walking distance to Angus Valley Elementary. This new phase will feature both single-story and two-story homes ranging from 1,400 to 2,308 sq. ft., with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
The model home is open from 11 AM - 6 PM Monday-Wednesday and Saturday, and 1-5 on Sundays.
