Responsibilities
- Greeting potential buyers with a professional demeanor, positive attitude and spirit of helpfulness
- Supporting sales team by completing critical administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
- Generate weekly updates for sales team to share with buyers, including photo and video content of home
sites/progress each week - Qualifying buyers and assisting them throughout their decision-making process
- Demonstrating model home key features and benefits
- Providing product and pricing information
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
- Keeping detailed records of potential buyer information and interactions within the CRM system
- Assist sales team with various needs related to sales and marketing
- Running errands as needed to support sales and marketing efforts
- Assemble informational marketing materials for potential clients and realtor events
- Maintain both paper and electronic filing system
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships, as well as close deals
- Demonstrated success in sales, with at least one year of sales experience preferred
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional listening skills
- Flexible, "can do" attitude with a positive team spirit
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a cloud-based CRM system
- Ability to work on weekends as needed
- Willingness to commute up to one hour from your home to different communities
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
